Street Based Outreach Coordinator
35 hours per week – Salary £23,866 - £25,463
Cornerhouse and The Warren are looking to recruit a full time Street based outreach coordinator for the ReachOut Project to manage a team of staff and volunteers working with young people throughout Hull. The main purpose of the job will be to coordinate and manage a team of staff and volunteers in delivering street based outreach work to young people in Hull.
The post holder will be required to ensure the project provides a safe, inclusive and positive environment and take a lead role in constantly evaluating and improving the offer to young people.
The post holder will liaise with a number of external organisations including Common Tasking, VEMTT, youth commissioned services and ASB Teams to share information and to help target provision to areas it is required.
The role will include delivering some outreach shifts as well as acting as a key worker to young people identified as being in need of additional support.
Delivery will include working shifts during the day, evenings and some weekends.
